Karolina Katsnelson

Karolina Katsnelson is an Associate in Torchin Martel Orr, practicing exclusively in the areas of Family and Matrimonial Law.

Karolina graduated cum laude from New York University, earning a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies. As part of her undergraduate studies, Karolina was a research assistant in the Department of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and a member of the Department of Psychology Undergraduate Honors Program.

Karolina then earned a J.D. from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a member of the Divorce Mediation Clinic, and mediated all aspects of divorce. Karolina is a New York State Part 146. Certified Mediator. As a law student, Karolina was a teaching assistant for the Benjamin N. Cardozo Divorce Mediation Clinic and the New York Matrimonial Drafting and Procedures courses. She was also Senior Editor of the Cardozo Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Honor Society and served as the Vice President of the Family Law Society at Cardozo. During law school, Karolina was a judicial intern with the Honorable Esther M. Morgenstern in the Kings County, Supreme Court, Integrated Domestic Violence (IDV) Court in New York.

After graduating from law school, Karolina worked for a family law firm in Bergen County. Currently, Karolina is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and the Bergen County Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division.
